A new book – Paris1: La Poétique de la Photographie, presents a visual and emotional
journey through the streets and spaces of Paris. Through spontaneous and pure street
photography, and in classic black-and-white frames, Heier captures the ongoing dialogue
between the city’s monumental architecture and the fleeting human moments that bring it
to life. Alongside the photographs are poetic texts by the poet and art director Igal Gabay,
creating a subtle dialogue between image and word. The result is a unified artistic work in
which photography and poetry intertwine — a mosaic of moments capturing the beauty of
chance and the vibrant soul of the City of Light.
The book will be launched during an exhibition in November 2026.
Fine art book, 374 pages, 456 photographs.
